Schedule your meeting online, or quick start a presentation right away. Participants may log-in to your meeting below or through a direct link sent out via e-mail. Those without Internet access may still access and follow the voice portion of the meeting via telephone.

Your voice controls are seamlessly integrated with web conferencing and are accessible 24/7. That means that you can mute outside noise with a mouse click, see who is on your call, share any document, and more - all for no additional fee! The Meeting Number and PIN you use for your voice meetings remain the same for the web portion. It's simple! Just log on to experience a fully interactive virtual conference room.

Reservationless Conferencing Dialing Instructions

Participant:

1. Dial Access Number provided by the Moderator
2. At the prompt, dial *Meeting Room Number* (enter * key before and after the Meeting Room Number)
3. You will be on music hold until Moderator opens the conference

Moderator:

1. Dial your Reservationless Conferencing Toll Free or Toll access number.
2. Dial your Reservationless Conferencing Meeting Room Number.
   (Note: The star key must be pressed before and after your room number.)
3. Dial your Reservationless Conferencing Moderator Personal Identification Number (PIN).(Note: The star key must be pressed before and after your PIN.)
4. Your participants will dial the same Access Number and Meeting Room Number. They will be on music hold until you begin the conference by entering your PIN.
5. Your conference is now in session! You will be notified by two audible beeps as conference participants join your meeting. Please note: Your PIN number is used only when you host a conference. Please do not give your PIN to conference participants.
